Eligibility
Sacred Heart Apartments provides affordable housing for income-qualified adults age 55 and older through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.
Eligibility is determined according to applicable housing program requirements and may include household income, household composition, age, student status, assets, and other qualifying criteria.
55+ Community
Sacred Heart Apartments is designed for adults age 55 and older. Applicants must meet applicable age and affordable housing program requirements.
Before You Apply
Please complete the application carefully and answer all applicable questions. Incomplete applications may be returned and could result in processing delays.
Information provided as part of the application process is subject to verification in accordance with the requirements of the housing programs governing the property.
